No worries-with the Ironman Mobile Experience, you can easily track your loved one's progress while you're hunkered down in New Hampshire or watching whales in Washington. The Experience, presented by AT&T, sends free race updates to your cell phone and provides complimentary portable web viewing devices for the November 3 and November 10 races.  Fans register at ironmanwireless.com to receive text-message updates from key race checkpoints on up to three athletes, so you can track your loved one's effort-and stay current with a few of the medal contenders. The Ironman Mobile Experience also includes a custom-built website that allows viewing on mobile phones, PDAs and other portable devices. Active Athlete Media, which introduced the services at the October 13 Ironman world championship, provides the technology for this package.
