Active Athlete to buy GolfBuzz
San Francisco Business Times
Online advertiser Active Athlete Inc. will buy social network site GolfBuzz Inc. for an undisclosed price.
Active Athlete, based in San Francisco, sells advertising on sports-related web sites. It was started by Robert Tas, who is its CEO.
GolfBuzz is based in San Francisco and has an office in Atlanta. Patrick Coulson, its CEO and president, started the company in 2005.
