Stuart Ellman
Since co-founding RRE Ventures in late 1994, Stuart Ellman has been responsible for more than 20 information technology investments and currently serves as a Director of Ember Corporation, MessageOne, Proofpoint, RoundBox and Vieo.
From 1987-1994, Stuart was involved in a variety of business ventures including co-founding a principal investment and advisory firm, acting as an Associate at Morgan Stanley & Co. specializing in fixed income capital market, serving as a Financial Analyst at Dillon, Read & Co., focusing on leveraged buyouts and restructurings, and working as a management consultant for McKinsey & Co. in Sydney, Australia.
Stuart holds an MBA with Distinction from Harvard University and a BA in Economics from Wesleyan University. He is currently on the Board of Directors of the 92nd Street Y, the Venture Investors Association of New York, and is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Columbia Business School.
William Lyons
Bill Lyons joined AXS-One after serving as chief executive in several high growth software companies in both public and private markets. He last served as President and CEO of Caminus Corporation, a publicly traded software company, providing mid and back office software applications to the global energy industry. Prior to his software executive positions, Lyons spent 18 years at the IBM Company in various sales and marketing roles culminating as Vice President Software/ General Manager PC Merchandising.
Amy Auerbach
Amy started her advertising career at Bates Interactive and then moved on to Euro RSCG Circle where she managed all online media planning for Intel, Volvo, and Polaroid, among others. Before she launched her advertising career, Amy worked in non-profit research coordinating health and human services in Northeast Florida.
Ken Goldman
Ken Goldman served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration, and Chief Financial Officer of Siebel Systems from August 2000 until the close of Oracle Corporation’s acquisition of Siebel in January 2006. Prior to working at Siebel Systems, he served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Excite@Home. Mr. Goldman has served in several Chief Financial Officer positions at Sybase, Inc., Cypress Semiconductor and VLSI Technology.
Mr. Goldman earned his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Cornell University in 1971 and received his master’s degree in business administration from Harvard Business School in 1974. He is a member and the former president of The Financial Executive Institute, Santa Clara chapter and was formerly an advisory council member of the Financial Accounting Standards Board. He is an advisory board member for the Harvard Business School California Research Center, a member of the West Coast Chief Financial Officer Roundtable, a member of the FEI Committee for Financial and Information Technology and a member of the NASDAQ’s Issuer Affairs Committee. He serves as a trustee on the board of The Menlo School and Cornell University and serves as a director on the board of two public companies.
Shernaz Daver
Shernaz Daver has over 18 years of experience in marketing, strategic planning, business development and investor relations. She advises leading public companies and start-ups around the world including Motorola, Openwave, Netflix, Truveo (purchased by America Online), Baidu and Six Apart. Shernaz was vice president for marketing and investor relations at Inktomi where she built the company’s marketing group worldwide, guided its business strategy, and was responsible for creating a brand name that gave the company a valuation of over $10 billion. She has held management positions at 3DO and Sun Microsystems where she built the Sun and Solaris brands both in the US and Europe, as well as launched Java.
Shernaz graduated Phi Betta Kappa from Stanford with an undergraduate degree in Communications and earned a Master's degree from Harvard University.
